The Long Wait
I think I am starting to realize that finding a baby might take a while. This has always been a hard concept for me this waiting thing. I like to see instant results which is not really how life works. I was looking online today at some different adoption options. I called an agency that would not recognize our home study. It really made me feel more and more that agencies are a racket. I'm sure we just didn't find the right one. I would like to put up an adoption profile online. Does anybody else have one that would like to share?

Hey Leena, thanks for the info. It looks like they are more of an older child foster/adopt place and we are really looking for more of an adoption of an infant with no foster care situation. (I give a lot of credit to people who can handle older children or a foster care situation)
I'm sorry that I forgot to add you when I changed it! I invited everyone I could think of then posted a few messages on FB and added anyone who responded to that - then last night I was browsing on FB and realized I hadn't added you. So now you have "the rest of the story."

just wondering if you've seen the movie "Martian Child." if not, make that the next movie you see. i think you will like it.
