Friday Medical Exams

Our physicals went well on Friday and the doctor said he thought we'd make super parents. He said that we had no physical limitations that would keep us from making good parents (although we knew this, it is still good to hear it from other people) He took some blood and explained that most of the paperwork for adoption is based on forms that were invented in the 50's so we would be checked for syphilis which is pretty much a non issue now, he also ran an AIDS test and some other blood panels.

We got back another personal reference form on Saturday which was nice to see and one of our references from far away sent it directly to the social worker. Things are moving along.

Today a man is here fixing the concrete pad by our storage room which means soon we can be in that space organizing it and setting it up with electronics since it will now be water tight! I can't wait to use that space more efficiently!

This weekend we had the fun opportunity to babysit our favorite kids overnight! It was a lot of fun and I think the kids had fun too. It just solidifies our wanting to build our family even more!

Here is a cute pic of Paul and Avery from the weekend!
