I am looking at wooden rockers right now because I really want to rock our child. My mother did it as did PM's mom. I think it could really be a bonding tool. This one is in the running so far. It's extra wide which will be nice since PM and I are larger people. If we are going to spend money on a chair, I think it would be nice to actually enjoy sitting in it.

We have a rocking chair, but I never did use it with the twins. I may have to with the next baby.

A Rocker is essential for baby. Make sure it is not to hard, you may want to add a cushion....
